Joe Hobson started Navigation North after working as a lead technical engineer within public education for both the California Technology Assistance Project and the Center for the Advancement of Digital Resources in Education.
Joe has worked on projects ranging from lead developer of statewide professional development portals for California to resource repository and metadata structures for the United States Department of Education.
